Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our team is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts. As a key player in shaping the future of our teams, you'll identify, attract, and bring on board exceptional talent.

Job Summary:

  • Lead recruitment for various roles across departments
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels to actively find and attract candidates
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Manage our applicant tracking system and keep the recruitment process organized
  • Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data, feedback, and market trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing tools and techniques – you know how to uncover top talent
  • Fluency in English – both spoken and written – is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities efficiently
  • A proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for connecting with people
