**Process Operations Training Instructor**

We are seeking a highly experienced Process Operations Training Instructor to deliver training sessions to local Operations Technicians and Engineers. As an instructor, you will be responsible for conducting theoretical and practical training sessions, assessing trainee competence, and maintaining accurate records of training progress.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • A Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred;
  • A Bachelor's degree with substantial industry experience will also be considered;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in refinery operations, ideally in roles such as Operations Supervisor or Senior Operations Engineer;
  • Significant hands-on experience with refinery unit operations;
  • At least 5 years of instructional experience, including the development and delivery of industry-specific training programs;

**Key Skills**

  • Comprehensive understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and refinery-specific compliance standards;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and other training tools;
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Comfortable addressing groups and facilitating both technical and hands-on learning;
