Government Sales Director

The primary objective of this position is to lead a team of sales professionals in securing business from government agencies.

This involves developing and implementing effective strategies to increase revenue, managing key accounts, and building relationships with decision-makers.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing sales data, and staying up-to-date on relevant industry trends.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective account management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agency decision-makers.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience as a sales manager or government sales manager.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
