Job Description | الوصف الوظيفي:

The Marketing Officer at DrCube will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and attract medical students to our educational platform. The role requires a creative, data-driven individual with strong communication skills to drive engagement and promote our services across various channels.

Key Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الأساسية
1. Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies | تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق

• Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote DrCubes educational services.
• Develop a content calendar and manage digital marketing initiatives across social media platforms like Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and others.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• إنشاء وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية شاملة للترويج لخدمات DrCube التعليمية.
• وضع تقويم محتوى وإدارة مبادرات التسويق الرقمي عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Telegram وInstagram وWhatsApp.
• تحليل اتجاهات السوق لتحديد فرص النمو الجديدة.

2. Social Media Management | إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories to attract potential students.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum engagement.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• التخطيط لإنشاء ونشر محتوى جذاب مثل المنشورات والريلز والقصص لجذب الطلاب المحتملين.
• مراقبة مؤشرات الأداء على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتعديل الاستراتيجيات لزيادة التفاعل.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
• Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns to reach targeted audiences.
• Organize offline marketing activities, such as events or campus promotions, to increase student engagement.

Education | التعليم

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or services sector.
